CANCER OF THE FALLOPIAN TUBES

Malignancies of the fallopian tube are rare and are the least common type of genital cancer. Symptoms include a profuse, watery discharge and a colicky lower abdominal pain or abnormal vaginal bleeding. An enlarged fallopian tube may be found on examina-tion. Surgery followed by radiation therapy is the usual treatment.
