Gianotti–Crosti syndrome
This is
a rather uncommon reaction to an infection with hepatitis B virus in childhood.
Small reddish papules erupt bilaterally over the limbs and face, and fade over
the course of a few weeks. Jaundice is uncommon, although tests of liver
function give abnormal results.
