Chemiluminescence Assay

The chemiluminescence assay uses chemiluminescent com-pounds that emit energy in the form of light during the anti-gen–antibody reactions. The emitted lights are measured and the concentration of the analyze is calculated. The assay is a fully automated method, which is used commonly for drug sensitiv-ity testing of Mycobacterium tuberculosis.
