An electronic mail or email
is used to send letters or messages using the internet. An email is usually considered
more informal than a letter, but we can also use it to send a formal letter or a
letter of complaint where necessary. We must use both grammar and punctuation accurately
in all our emails.
Here is an example of a formal email
