State Government of India
• The
Governor is the constitutional head of the state executive.
• The Chief
Minister is appointed by the Governor of the State.
• The
Council of Ministers are collectively responsible to the State Legislature.
• The
Legislative Assembly is the real centre of power in the State.
• At present there are 25 High Courts for 28 States and nine Union Territories.
Constitution: It has

Tribunal: a

Resolution: an
official decision that is made after a group or organisation has voted தீர்மானம்
