The product of one and any number is the number itself. The product of zero and any number is zero.

10 × 1 = 10    7 × 1 = 7

136 × 1 = 136  9936 × 1 = 9936

2000 × 1 = 2000  789 × 1 = 789

The product of one and any number is the number itself.

Multiply by 0

10 × 0 = 0   6 × 0 = 0

276 × 0 = 0 7936 × 0 = 0

3000 × 0 = 0 675 × 0 = 0

The product of zero and any number is zero.

Order of multiplication

4 × 6 = 24 = 6x4

136 × 15 = 2040 = 15 × 136

1000 × 9 = 9000 = 9 × 1000

796 × 9 = 7164 = 9 × 796

1326 × 6 = 7956 = 6 × 1326

26 × 24 = 624 = 24 × 26

The product of two number does not change, if we interchange the order of numbers.
