Merchandiser is basically a coordinator one who liase between buyer and apparel manufacturer to ensure quality merchandise at right delivery time. Merchandising involves all the activities right from communication to execution. Merchandiser is the person who takes in charge of all these activities.
A good merchandiser has attributes of hard work, sincerity, loyalty, team work, managing and negotiation in the
apparel industry. Customer satisfaction and retention mainly depends on
