1. Producers are also called autotrophs.

Because,

• Produces are self nourishing components of the ecosystem. They are found both on land and water.

• Ex: Plants, Algae, Bacteria

2. Biosphere provides a stable ecosystem.

Because,

Biosphere is made up of different ecosystems and biomes. The global ecosystem (ecosphere) differs with cropland, pond ecosystem, forest ecosystem, Desert ecosystem and others that can sustain life.
