International
Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) are issued by the International Accounting
Standard Board (IASB). IFRS is a set of International Accounting Standards
stating how particular types of transactions and other events should be
reported in financial statements. IFRS are issued to develop Accounting
Standards that would be acceptable worldwide and to improve financial reporting
internationally.
